Hornets a Championship team?

With the long streak of wins the hornets have accumulated it is only reasonable to think that this is a championship driven team. Chris Paul has been a premier point guard in the league since his rookie days and now is without a doubt the best pg in the league. Look for the hornets to make some noise in this post season

John Wall first triple double

Nov 10, 2010 - Washington Wizards rookieJohn Wall got his first NBA triple-double in a 98-91 win over the Houston Rockets tonight. Wall finished with 19 points, 10 rebounds and 13 assists in 42 minutes of play for the Wizards. The Rockets not only lost the game, but lost centerYao Ming to a strained tendon in his left leg. The oft-injured big-man left the game in the first half without scoring a point.

After blowing an 11 point lead, the Wizards stormed back in the fourth quarter, using a 10-0 run put the game out of reach. Head coach Flip Saunders had been disappointed with the team thus far, walking out of practice Monday after being disgusted with the players' effort.
Al Thornton added 20 points for the Wizards. Andray Blatche also chipped-in 20 points and 10 rebounds. But it was Wall who stole the show. The highly-touted rookie out of Kentucky dazzled the home crowd, giving them a glimpse of what's to come in Washington.
Kevin Martin led all scorers with 31 points and seven rebounds in a losing effort  for the Rockets.Luis Scola added 24 points while Shane Battier was held scoreless in 24 minutes of play.
Washington improved to 2-5 on the season. The Rockets fell to 1-6 and remained winless away from home.

Another lost for the heat

Heat lost another game this one to Utah Jazz. Lebron had a triple double and Wade had 39 points. This wasn't enough however to beat the Jazz thanks too the big contribution from Paul Milsap dropping 48 points. The Jazz went on too win 116-114. My only question is when will Miami fix their front court problems?

Missing Bosh

It looks like another disappointing year for the Toronto Raptors. Last game losing to the Golden State warriors Raptors showed their limited depth and inability to successfully guard any position. The warriors pretty much scored with who ever and when ever they wanted where as the Raptors didn't know when their next bucket to come. Look for Brian Colangelo to make some roster changes soon.

Rondo

Rondo is continuing to play a great season of basketball. He has had over 80 assists in the first 5 games. If he continues to keep up this productivity he'll be in the running for leagues MVP.

Warriors starting strong

The Golden state Warriors are off starting the season on an incredible pace. Behind there talented guards monta ellis and Stephen curry there giving defenders a handful trying to slow them down. Their dominance has never been so evident when Monta ellis ignited for 46 points. A slight hiccup in there path has arisen however with Stephen Curry getting injured via ankle injury from Eric Gordon. Look for the Warriors to make some noise this season.
